These two annual programs work together to complement and strengthen your school's youth suicide prevention efforts, helping to create a more robust ecosystem of support.  

SOS Signs of Suicide is designed for grades 6-8 and teaches students how to identify the signs of depression and suicide in themselves and their peers. Through a guided video discussion and brief screening for depression, students are encouraged to ACT (Acknowledge, Care, Tell) when worried about themselves or a friend.

SOS for School Staff is a one-hour, self-guided online training appropriate for all K-12 staff. This professional development course uses video and interactive learning to teach staff how to help students at risk through the same ACT framework as the student program.
